Food Truck Minimum Spend February 04 2017

Food Trucks are a great way to provide a unique experience for your event guests. Food Trucks are also a great event/brand activation strategy and can assist in providing a memorable experience.

Like other event / marketing services, Food Trucks also have fixed costs (minimum of two staff for 4 hours on award rates, perishable goods, insurance, work cover etc.)

Snagga's charge a minimum spend to attend events, marketing activations, product launches, charity events to sell our Healthy Sausages and Fresh Burgers to your guests.

Our Minimum Spend Rates Are:

Weekday Lunch $800 + GST
Week Day Dinner $800 + GST
Weekend Lunch $1,000 +GST
Weekend Dinner $1,000 +GST

A minimum spend means that we will deduct our total sales from Minimum Spend. For the large majority of events we sell in in excess of the Minimum Spend. In the minority of cases, we will invoice the balance at the conclusion of the event.
